Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ZeeXFame. By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to all terms below.
General Terms
1. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person is allowed; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
2. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Any activity from your account is your responsibility.
3. Our services are provided "as is". Start times and completion speeds shown on service pages are estimates and may vary.
4. You may not use ZeeXFame for spam, fraud, or any content that is illegal or violates the policies of the social media platforms. Orders breaking platform rules may be cancelled without refund.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts involved in abuse, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.
Payments & Refunds
1. We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer and selected cryptocurrencies. Funds you add become panel balance (credit) used to pay for orders.
2. Always send payments to the official numbers/accounts shown on the Add Funds page and submit the correct TRX/transaction ID. Payments sent to wrong numbers or without a valid TRX ID cannot be credited.
3. Refunds are issued only for orders that were not delivered or were cancelled before starting, as panel balance. The refund equals the undelivered quantity only.
4. Completed orders are not refundable. Natural drops after order completion are covered only by services that include a refill guarantee, within the guarantee period.
5. Chargebacks or payment disputes will lead to immediate account suspension and loss of remaining balance.
Privacy & Security
1. We collect only the information needed to run your account and orders (such as username, email and order links). We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
2. Your password is stored securely. Our team will never ask for your social media passwords for standard follower/like/view services - order links must simply be public.
3. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
4. Order links and usernames you submit are used only to deliver your orders.
