How do I place an order?
Sign up for a free account, add funds on the Add Funds page, then go to New Order. Select a category and service, paste your public profile/post link, enter the quantity and click submit. Your order will appear on the Orders page with live status.
How do I add funds to my account?
Go to Add Funds, choose EasyPaisa or JazzCash, send the amount to the number shown, then enter your TRX/transaction ID and the amount and submit. Balance is usually credited within 10-15 minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp at 03375341270 with your TRX ID.
Why are my followers or likes dropping?
A small natural drop can happen because some accounts unfollow over time. To protect yourself, choose services marked with refill guarantee. If the number drops within the guarantee period, open the Orders page and click the Refill button for that order and we will top it back up free of charge.
How long does an order take to start and finish?
Every service shows an average start time (usually 0-1 hour) and an average speed per day on the Services page. Completion time depends on the quantity you ordered and the current speed of that service. Large orders are delivered gradually to keep your account safe.
What do Refill, Cancel and Partial mean?
Refill tops up any dropped quantity on orders with a refill guarantee, free within the guarantee period. Cancel stops an order that has not started yet and refunds the remaining amount to your balance. Partial means the order finished partly - the undelivered remainder is automatically refunded to your balance.
What is the API and how can I use it?
The API lets you connect ZeeXFame services to your own website or panel and resell automatically. Go to the API page after signing in to get your API key and read the documentation with all endpoints, examples and response formats. Basic programming knowledge is needed to integrate it.
What is a Child Panel?
A Child Panel is your own SMM panel with your branding, powered by ZeeXFame services. You connect your own domain, set your own prices and get your own customers, while orders are fulfilled through our system. The Child Panel itself has no monthly fee — you only pay for the services you order. Check the Child Panel page for setup steps.
